2. b) The truth or accuracy of Content, information and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers;
3. c) The truth or accuracy of feedback, ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Allstar Psychics’ employees across all of the Websites;
4. d) The ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service;
5. e) Minimum levels of Connections to Readers;
6. f) Incorrect use by You of the Service;
7. g) Any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.

Credit Card Psychic Readings

Credit Card Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Moonbar credit card reading within the first 5 minutes, please tell the Reader that you are not connecting, end the call and call the customer service number within 30 days. Any unused minutes will be added to an account so that you can have a reading with another Reader. Your statutory rights are not affected. Additional per-minute charges may apply if you choose to extend the call beyond the duration of the package you have purchased. Refunds to customers will be at our discretion.

Premium Rate Services Terms and Conditions

Premium Rate Services Refund Policy 

If you are unhappy with your reading on the Premium Rate line, please hang up and try another Reader. A good Reader who is connecting with you should connect within three minutes and give you specific information which shows they are making a psychic connection with you.

Promotional Messages

By interacting with any of the services displayed on the Moonbar website or within the Moonbar app, you agree to receive free promotional SMS messages regarding any of the services that Moonbar provides. You can opt-out of the free promotional messages at any point, by either sending STOP to 1300 729 436 or by contacting customer support by clicking this link.

Chargebacks

In the event that Allstar Psychics receive a chargeback from a customer, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then Allstar Psychics will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. All additional charges that Allstar Psychics may incur, from either the merchant company or a recovery company, will be liable for payment by the customer. We also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of our services, should a chargeback be made against us.
